Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 8 slices Salami
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with a whisk. Add salt and black pepper for seasoning.

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them gently until fully cooked. Remove the scrambled eggs from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, lay the salami slices in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until slightly crisp. Remove the salami and set aside.

Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
