Ingredients

  • 750 grams Potatoes
  • 300 grams Green cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 50 grams Unsalted butter
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 50 milliliters Whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and chop them into evenly sized chunks. Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

While the potatoes are cooking, finely shred the cabbage and dice the onion.
