  • 120 grams Unsalted butter
  • 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 120 milliliters Whole milk
  • 200 grams Mincemeat
  • 100 grams Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dark rum

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
