  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 slices Bacon strips
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 pieces Brioche burger buns
  • 2 teaspoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently and form into two equal patties about 1/2-inch thick.

Step 2

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

Step 3

In the same skillet or grill, cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking so it melts. Remove patties and set aside to rest.
