Ingredients

  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
