  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 medium onion (diced)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
