Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
