  • 75 grams salted peanuts
  • 50 grams dried cranberries (optional)
  • 50 grams white chocolate, melted (for drizzling, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9-inch square baking pan or dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

In a large heat-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, unsalted butter, and golden syrup. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water) and stir until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
