Ingredients

  • 4 pieces tilapia fillets
  • 200 grams shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Clean and stem the shiitake mushrooms, then slice them into even pieces.

Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced shiitake mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly and spread the mushrooms on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
