Ingredients

  • 1 whole red bell pepper
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

Place the red bell pepper on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, turning it occasionally, until the skin is blistered and charred.
