Ingredients

  • 3 large red bell peppers
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Slice the red bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stems.

Place the peppers cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
