Ingredients

  • 1 whole Garlic bulb
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice off the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Wrap the garlic bulb in aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden.

Allow the roasted garlic to cool, then squeeze the soft cloves out of their skins into a medium mixing bowl.

Mash the roasted garlic into a paste using a fork.
