Ingredients

  • 1 large French bread loaf
  • 1 whole Garlic bulb
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the top off the garlic bulb to expose the tops of the cloves. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the garlic, wrap it in aluminum foil, and roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the cloves are soft and golden.
