Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut off the top 1/4 inch of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle it with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Wrap the foil around the garlic to create a sealed packet.
