  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Yellow onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 12 small Corn or flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup Diced onion (for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Salsa (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork shoulder.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
