  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the whole chicken dry with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan or baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly all over the chicken, including inside the cavity.
