Ingredients

  • 3 cups Shredded roast chicken
  • 2 cups Shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 6 Flour tortillas (large)
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded roast chicken, shredded Mexican cheese blend, refried beans, salsa, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well until evenly combined.

Step 2

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spoon about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a sealed burrito shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
