Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and scrub the beets thoroughly, then trim off the tops and roots. Do not peel.

Wrap each beet individually in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
