Ingredients

  • 8 slices Rye bread
  • 8 oz Corned beef
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut
  • 0.5 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.

Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing on one side of 4 slices of rye bread.

Step 3

Layer each slice of bread with 2 ounces of corned beef, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, and 1/4 cup of sauerkraut.

Spread another thin layer of Thousand Island dressing on one side of the remaining 4 slices of rye bread, and place them on top of the fillings, dressing side down, to close the sandwiches.
