Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Canned diced green chilies
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, canned diced green chilies, ground cumin, and paprika. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread 1/4 cup of the refried bean mixture evenly across the surface, leaving about 1/2 inch of space around the edges.
