Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 10 oz Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chiles)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, add the refried beans, cream cheese, and milk.

Stir continuously until the cream cheese is fully melted and incorporated into the beans. This should take about 5 minutes.
