Ingredients

  • 300 grams penne pasta
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 100 grams black olives
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool the pasta quickly. Set aside.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to a large mixing bowl.
