Directions

Step 1

Divide the vanilla ice cream into three equal portions, approximately 2 cups each.

In a blender, combine the first portion of vanilla ice cream with 1/2 cup of milk and the fresh strawberries (or strawberry syrup). Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Pour this red layer into four tall glasses, dividing it evenly. Place the glasses in the freezer to firm up for about 5 minutes.
