  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the apples thoroughly to remove any wax coating. Insert a wooden skewer or popsicle stick into the stem end of each apple, ensuring it is secure.

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly spraying it with cooking spray to prevent the apples from sticking.
