Ingredients

  • 3 large Red bell peppers
  • 150 grams Cooked ham
  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash the red bell peppers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the peppers in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through, until the skin is charred and blistered.
