Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Wash the kale thoroughly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 2 hours, then drain and rinse them.

In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water, garlic cloves, smoked paprika, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the water if necessary to achieve a thick but spreadable consistency.
