Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Remove the ham from its packaging and place it cut-side down in a large roasting pan. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan to prevent the ham from drying out.
Cover the ham tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes (or approximately 15 minutes per pound of ham).
While the ham is baking, prepare the glaze. In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberry jam, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground cloves.
