Wash the raspberries and peel the kiwis. Cut the kiwis into small chunks.
In a blender, combine the raspberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds. Set the raspberry purée aside.
Rinse the blender and add the chopped kiwi, remaining 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth.
In popsicle molds, layer the raspberry purée and kiwi purée alternately to create a striped effect, or swirl them for a marbled look. Leave a little space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as the popsicles freeze.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If your mold does not have built-in slots to hold the sticks, cover the molds with foil and poke the sticks through the foil to keep them upright.
Freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.
