  • 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach
  • 4 slices bread (ciabatta or sandwich rolls)
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
