Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 whole Egg yolk
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 0.25 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into 4 squares.
