Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (finely chopped, optional for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika (for garnish)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and cover it with a lid. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes.

Step 3

After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for about 5 minutes to stop the cooking process.

Step 4

Peel the eggs carefully, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks, placing the yolks in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Step 5

Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are smooth and crumbly.

Step 6

Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mix until the filling is smooth and well-combined.

Step 7

Spoon the yolk mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off, and pipe the mixture into the hollowed-out egg whites.

Step 8

Garnish the filled eggs with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped parsley (if desired).

Step 9

Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 10

Serve chilled and enjoy your Ranch Style Deviled Eggs!
