Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper together.

Step 4

Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the pork chops.

Step 5

In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear them for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Do this in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding the pan.

Step 6

Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet. Allow it to melt, then pour in the chicken broth.

Step 7

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Step 8

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
