Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dill, fresh or dried
  • 0.25 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a medium-sized saucepan. Cover them with cold water, ensuring the water level is at least 1 inch above the eggs.

Step 2

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat, cover it with a lid, and let the eggs sit for 10 minutes.

Step 3

While the eggs cook, prepare an ice bath by filling a bowl with ice and cold water.

Step 4

After 10 minutes, transfer the eggs to the ice bath and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. This will make them easier to peel.

Step 5

Once cooled, gently peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl, setting the egg whites aside on a serving plate.

Step 6

Use a fork to mash the yolks until they are crumbly and smooth. Add the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, chives, dill, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the filling is creamy and well combined.

Step 7

Using a spoon or a piping bag with a wide tip, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture, heaping it slightly.

Step 8

Sprinkle the deviled eggs with additional smoked paprika and fresh parsley for garnish, if desired.

Step 9

Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy!
