  • 1 ball (approximately 12 ounces) Pizza dough
  • 1 head Radicchio
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar

  • 0.5 cup Goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Thinly slice the radicchio and red onion. Mince the garlic.

Step 3

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red onion, cooking until softened, about 2–3 minutes.
