Ingredients

  • 2 count black tea bags
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.
