Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber and cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
