Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 cup of couscous. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the water, then fluff with a fork.

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper to make the dressing.
