Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) Refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 oz Sliced pepperoni
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2

On a clean surface, unroll the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12x8 inches.

Step 3

Evenly layer the sliced pepperoni over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

Step 4

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni, followed by 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 5

Starting on one of the longer sides, carefully roll up the dough into a tight log, pinching the seam to seal it. Tuck in the ends and pinch them to seal as well.

Step 6

Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7

In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and remaining 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 8

Brush the butter mixture generously over the top and sides of the dough.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 10

Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Step 11

Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

Step 12

Slice the loaf into 1-inch pieces and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
