Ingredients

  • 250 grams dried Chinese egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoons red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
