  • 400 grams canned mixed beans, drained and rinsed
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams bread crumbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
