Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets if not already prepared.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
