  • 250 grams broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 servings rice or noodles, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the pork tenderloin: trim any excess fat, then slice it into thin strips.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth and then add the sliced pork. Toss to coat the pork evenly and allow it to marinate while preparing the vegetables.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ginger and garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
