  • 0.5 cup Guacamole (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board or clean surface.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
