Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 pound green beans
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized strips and set aside.

Step 2

Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, and cornstarch to create a sauce. Stir well and set aside.
