Ingredients

  • 500 grams cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Rinse the tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Cut each tomato in half lengthwise and place them in a large mixing bowl.
