Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread
  • 12 oz Cooked turkey breast (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese (sliced)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 large Tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large Avocado (sliced)
  • 0.5 Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread. Lay four slices, butter side down, on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until combined. Spread the mixture evenly over the unbuttered side of the bread slices on the baking sheet.
