Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 300 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 100 grams kalamata olives
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and green bell pepper thoroughly under cold water.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber and slice it into half-moons or rounds, about 0.5cm thick. Add them to a large salad bowl.

Step 3

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the green bell pepper into thin strips. Add both to the bowl with the cucumber.

Step 4

Peel and thinly slice the red onion into half-moons. Add the onion slices to the salad bowl.

Step 5

Add the kalamata olives to the bowl. You can keep them whole or slice them in half based on your preference.

Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables, spreading it evenly.
