  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 unit large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 12 noodles lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, Italian sausage, and diced onion until browned and fully cooked. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
