  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 10 whole peppers Pepperoncini peppers with juice
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 1 large Yellow onion
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic
  • 6 rolls French rolls or hoagie buns
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef chuck roast generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef roast on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the roast to a slow cooker.
