  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 15 ounces Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (for topping)
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat.
